Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Job Description: Resource will manage leadership and support / non-agent hiring across all sites Team Management: 2 FT recruiters At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience Must have experience in corporate/non-agent hiring across all band levels (executive roles is a plus) Preferably with IT recruitment experience Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills Work Set Up: Onsite Location: can be based either in Makati or FV (must be willing to travel) Shift: Predominantly mid shift; must be open to late mid shift (4pm -5pm start of shift) Direct Supervisor: TA Director Selection: Initial Screening: Jerico 1 st /Final Interview: TA Director / HR Head (may potentially be a panel interview) Note: not totally inclined with candidates who have done remote/US hiring only.
