Our People team is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Analyst.
Detail-oriented, with direct impact in building all Conexa's teams and the ability to understand actual and future needs.
We are looking for proactive candidates, team players, and with great organizational skills.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the Recruitment team at Conexa, leading talent search processes from the opening of the vacancy to the formal offer stage.
Gather the necessary requirements for vacancy coverage alongside the technical teams.Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, with strong communication skills and positioning on the LinkedIn platform.Continuously feed the candidate pipeline for various positions.Conduct relevant interviews to assess technical qualifications as well as candidates' alignment with the company culture.Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador and representing Conexa's values at all times.Once the candidate is selected, you will be responsible for their onboarding process into the company, accompanying them during their first months in the organization.Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously (excellent organizational and time management skills).Experience in Tech / Technology / Development / Digital Products companies.Deep understanding of IT profiles (Front / Back / Programming languages).Experience with human resources management software (e.g., Workday, Personio, Bullhorn, Bamboo, etc.
