Job Description - System Architect (MER00035JV) Description To leverage extensive experience and expertise in autonomous driving to lead the research, development, and practical implementation of cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies, including but not limited to perception, decision-making, control, simulation, and other fields.The primary goal is to drive realizing ADAS system architecture to meet innovation and breakthroughs in the company's autonomous driving technology, while ensuring the safety, reliability, and high performance of the autonomous driving systems.The objective is to provide technical guidance and leadership to the cross-domain architecture team, and collaborate effectively with other business departments and external partners to promote the application of autonomous driving technology in businesses.The objective is to achieve a leading position in the fast-growing autonomous driving industry and contribute to the development of the company's overall autonomous driving strategy.Qualifications At least six years of experience in research, development, and practice in the field of autonomous driving.Possess an academic background and research achievements in relevant fields of autonomous driving.Have worked in well-known companies or institutions in the field of autonomous driving and achieved outstanding results.Have in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of autonomous driving technology, familiar with the cutting-edge development and trends of autonomous driving technology, in-depth knowledge of mainstream SoCs and sensors.Possess a solid theoretical foundation and innovative thinking ability, and can transform theoretical achievements into practical applications.Have excellent team management skills and good communication and coordination skills, can lead the team to work efficiently and promote project progress.Have excellent problem-solving and independent thinking abilities, can independently analyze and solve technical problems.Have excellent English speaking and writing skills, can effectively communicate and cooperate with foreign colleagues and international partners.OrganizationPrimary LocationWork Locations
