The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated System and Integration Lead to design, develop and implement system transitions (for processes, people and technology) for clients and products. You will work with multiple stakeholders and across team to deliver system designs, coordinating technical resources, communicate to internal and external stakeholders and to deploy effective risks mitigants.
Key Responsibilities Manage and Lead the operational & technical system design, development, and transition phases.Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements and develop and deliver solutions to schedule and budget that align with business goals,Coordinate and facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements (processes, data flows, technical specs) to map end to end system flows with cross functional teamsIdentify risks specific to initiatives and deploy mitigation strategies to address them.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, workflow, and system requirements to improve understanding and adoption.Provide specifications to technical teams for new developments to deliver desired outcomes including the design of new orchestration workflows.Champion client driven enhancements to the openAPI specifications and sFTP specifications that improve customer outcomes.Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve integration processes and methodology to consistently improve outcomes.The Individual Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or information technology.3 to 5 years experience as a Stream lead or Lead BA.Proven ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills and prioritisationFamiliarity with Open API and RESTful API design principles and sFTP integration and design principles.Understanding of Agile and Software development principles, methodologies, and best practice.Experience in leading process and technology-based initiatives across cross functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders and vendors.Experience in managing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, focus on outcomes and support.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.We can't wait to see your CV – we promise to read it!
