Description: To assist in the operational aspects of the vehicle leasing/rental services and fleet management to ensure the best possible value-added services to customers and provide proper evaluation and feedback on vehicle maintenance items to assist in the company's cost control.
Responsibilities:On 24/7 standby (weekly rotation) to attend to leased vehicle breakdowns/accidents. Advise customers on accident processes, e-file accident reporting, etc.Constantly update operational issues to Team Leader.Regularly inspect fleet vehicles to ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness.Daily liaise with workshop advisors on all mechanical and accident repair statuses including documents on repair quotations and raising of POs (Purchase Orders) etc.Liaise with respective dealers and sales teams on taking delivery of new vehicles. Understand new vehicle functions, warranty periods, service schedules, etc.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.Qualifications:Preferably having some relevant work experience in the automotive/vehicle leasing industry.Preferably having some front-line experience in handling customers.Preferably with a good and clean driving history.Able or experienced in handling high-end vehicles.Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required.Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.Able to multi-task.Able to perform OT on weekends and public holidays.Organization
