This position is responsible for the supply chain of Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay HH business and other related items for the subsidiary.
This implies:
Supervision over the area of International trade, Warehouse, and local distribution and demand. Handling the budget of the country regarding supply. Reporting to the regional country supply lead on needs or issues of the country. Supporting implementation of changes, improvements, new projects, and initiatives in the area or HH. Being the connection between ARG HH and regional supply in all matters. Primary Activities Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
Managing International trade, Demand planning, local distribution, and warehousing. Following up on tasks, priorities, and projects, and providing assistance in problem-solving. Maintaining swift communication in the area and with clients, ensuring compliance in handling products and processes. Keeping close contact with the regional demand fulfillment area, acting as one supply chain. Managing supply status for HH Argentina and BUD business such as PAHO, Uruguay, Paraguay, and other possible clients/deals. Elaborating and following up on the budget for the country, stating risks & opportunities, and detecting possible deviations while being aware of the political & economic situation. Ensuring a fluent relationship with other areas of the company such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Medical to implement projects effectively. Ensuring team compliance with assigned training. Implementing and developing improvement projects for the area. Performing all activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and appropriate Safety, Health, and Environment standards. Maintaining proper people management and supporting team development. Compliance / Safety: Complying with all company policies, procedures, and work practices relevant to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment. Adhering to all internal policies including but not limited to quality, international trade, and logistics. Challenges: Assuring and encouraging the team to align with the requirements of a dynamic regulated environment. Meeting satisfaction and customer service requirements according to changing priorities. Utilizing technical skills and problem-solving to maximize efficiency and productivity. Communications: Assuring adequate internal communication within the team, among other teams, and with the BUDs & managing director to manage priorities effectively.
