Supply Chain Forwarding

Descripción del puesto Company with operations in the US and Buenos Aires, is looking for a Supply Chain Forwarding Executive. We are hiring a bachelor's in Foreign Trade with at least two years of experience in freight forwarding (mandatory requirement).

Roles & Responsibilities: Organize the shipment of goods Coordinate all transport's modes Manage customs clearance procedures, transport forms, and insurance documentation Track and communicate shipment status with customers in real-time Ensure shipments are delivered on time Handle regular and unexpected issues, including discrepancies, delayed arrivals and customs release Project planning and execution In charge of customer service for current and potential businesses Responsible for keeping and updating company's system, including billing rate and interfaces with Financial Department Skills needed for the position: Demonstrated experience in the above mentioned tasks and the freight forwarding industry (mandatory requirement) Advanced English skills, both spoken and written Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package We are looking for proactive individuals, who like challenges and want to develop their career in a growing company.
