Lilac Solutions is looking for a Sourcing & Warehousing employee. based in Salta, Argentina to join our rapidly growing team. The role is face-to-face and will be based in our warehouse in Salta, Argentina. The sourcing and warehousing employee is responsible for managing the flow of products and materials within the company. Its main function is to ensure an adequate supply of products, keep an efficient control of the inventory and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse or warehouse. This position is an on-site role in our warehouse in Salta's capital and is a 6-month temporary role.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control the inventory of products and materials.
- Receiving, verifying, and storing products entering the warehouse.
- Record product inputs and outputs using inventory management systems.
- Maintain the accuracy of inventory records through regular counts and reconciliations.
- Place orders for product replenishment according to the needs of the department or company.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Organize and maintain the order and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with safety standards and regulations in the handling of products and materials.
- Previous experience in logistics, storage or supply of inputs and raw materials.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ability to learn how to use them.
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- High school diploma or college student of related careers. Additional training in logistics or related areas is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, willingness to collaborate on various tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

**Preferred Skills**
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Payroll management or inventory and stock control software.

Lilac Solutions está buscando un empleado de Abastecimiento y Deposito. basado/a en Salta, Argentina para unirse a nuestro equipo de **forma temporaria, (Contrato a plazo fijo, 6 meses).** El rol es presencial y estará basado en nuestro deposito en Salta, Argentina. El empleado de abastecimiento y depósito es responsable de gestionar el flujo de productos y materiales dentro de la empresa. Su función principal es asegurar un adecuado abastecimiento de productos, llevar un control eficiente del inventario y mantener la organización y limpieza del almacén o depósito.

**Responsabilidades**
- Supervisar y controlar el inventario de productos y materiales.
- Recepcionar, verificar y almacenar los productos que ingresan al depósito.
- Registrar entradas y salidas de productos utilizando sistemas de gestión de inventario.
- Mantener la precisión de los registros de inventario mediante conteos regulares y reconciliaciones.
- Realizar pedidos de reposición de productos según las necesidades del departamento o la empresa.
- Coordinar y colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales.
- Organizar y mantener el orden y limpieza del almacén para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
