Eaton's EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Finanzas. This position is Hybrid - 3 days onsite.
What you'll do: Perform controllerhip activities related to the efficient maintenance of daily activities and support the business and Region Controller. This role will be the focal point for any matter related to controllership. Support the business and the Headquarters in any requirements. Supporting all audits and internal controls such as SOX, ELC, Internal and External Audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, explanations, etc. Frequent interaction with Headquarters and GFSS. Responsible for CAPEX management. Responsible for Cost calculation and for running annual STD cost. Responsible for the monthly financial closing procedure and analysis - Reporting of Division packages and reports - Supporting of planning procedures - Rolling Forecast, Profit Plan and Strategic Plan. Analyzes P&L, Balance sheet and statistics information (Memo rows) against budgets and Forecasts and check data accuracy. Commentary for management and publish accurate and timely financial reporting packages. Responsible for balance sheet integrity - ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and proper reviews occur. Customer credit management support – Responsible for monitoring AR Past Due and follow-up on action plan until all Past Due is received. Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate their impact on financial statements. Ensure reporting requirements and timeliness is met. Ensure appropriate interface from SAP to Oracle and to Encore. Support Controller in the Financial Planning. Support business projects implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
Proficient in data entry and relevant computer applications.
Skills: Highly motivated, works with a sense of urgency, driven to add value and deliver results.
Attentive to detail, personally committed to work with quality and accuracy and able to learn from mistakes.
Ethical, operates with high regard to integrity and trust.
