: The Business Operations Supervisor will focus on driving business success by collaborating with and coordinating activities across teams that impact Acquisition, Retention, and Monetization.
This key role involves coordinating efforts among various departments and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule, according to the proposed timeline.The Business Operations Supervisor will be responsible for: Oversee the Direct-To-Consumer business operation by collaborating with the involved areas (BI, Finance, Marketing, Content).Assist in organizing and coordinating Acquisition, Retention meetings with multidisciplinary teams.Design acquisition, retention, and upselling promotions through analysis, research, and historical data.Regularly review Retail Prices through multiple analyses such us competitive landscape, inflation, price sensitivity.Propose Retail Prices update jointly with Finance teams.Analyze business initiatives, prepare the storytelling, the presentation and propose them to senior leadership.Have a fluent relationship with Product, Commerce and Strategy Global teams.
Lead short term actions/initiatives to improve KPI and providing visibility to stakeholders.What we need from you to be part of this story:+3 years experience working as Project/Product Manager or Finance/Marketing roles or similar.Preferred Industries: Digital Streaming, Direct to Consumer, Pay TV or related fields.Advanced level of english.Required leadership experience: It will be a plus, but it is not a mandatory.Highly organized.Problem solving - Able to articulate complex situations in simple terms and clearly identify next steps.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to wide audiences on the overall project items.Team player.Ability and willinness to adapt to shifting priorities.Knowledge in data management systems and tools (CMS, Excel, Google and Microsoft suites, Airtable, Looker, .Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
