About this role SSFF Consultant who join DXC possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to business support and coach our clients through transformation.
We are looking to hire innovative consultants from Employee Central who can provide business consulting on our Support & Enhancement team at one of the largest clients in the region.
Who you are Knowledge and Skills: 3+ years of professional experience on SSFF Employee Central and a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.Experience in SAP SuccessFactors improvements and incidents: Customizations in Standard Objects (JobInfo, CompInfo, GlobalInfo) Customizations in MDF Objects Business Rules Setup (Creation/Maintenance).Configure Organization Structures and Payments (HR Area, HR Sub-area, Rubric, WorkFlow).Configure PickList (picklist).Configure User Interface Experience with Object Loads (import and export data).Configure Integrations in the "Integration Center" Creation and maintenance of different types of Reports (Screen, Table, Block and Panel).Experience with PROVISIONING.
