Subdivision Construction Site Assistant Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to help a Construction company in Idaho with daily operations from their computer including:

Calling local vendors for pricing Ordering products online for delivery including researching pricing Managing inventory, including intake of deliveries into the software Tech support for Android and Windows PCs Invoice accounting entry Invoice payments Various administrative assistant tasks Monitor surveillance cameras of construction activity CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Be on Discord during work hours, monitoring group video chats Must have at least two monitors Must have adequate webcam and headset microphone Type at least 50 words per minute Must be able to speak English fluently Beginners welcome as long as they are computer proficient and willing to learn. (Bonus if a PC gamer. Mention the games played.)
