Job DescriptionThe Strategy Manager member of Visa's South Cone Strategy Team, which is responsible for strategy development for Visa's business in South Cone.
The position will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
ResponsibilitiesLead or support work streams on projects related to key strategies and clients in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
This includes defining goals, managing resources, and facilitating regular updates.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics.Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support definitions, ensuring strategic and financial soundness.Financial planning: developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies aligned with Visa Global Strategy.This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsMBA or relevant graduate degree or similar academic / professional experience strongly preferred.
English is required.Typically requires 3-5+ years total experience in management consulting, financial analysis or corporate strategy.Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry preferred.Ability to develop content independently and prioritize workflow with limited supervision.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.Experience working with economic theories, strategic and prioritization frameworks.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility with functional and regional leaders within Visa.Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
