The Strategy team aspires to partner with C-suites on market disruption, broad corporate reinvention and leadership challenges focusing on Growth and Corporate Strategy reimagining products, services, and assets to disrupt and win the market.
A role in the Strategy Team is varied and stimulating because each project presents a new challenge and will provide exposure to new business issues, technologies, people, and multiple organizations. HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? Project Delivery!
Understand client issues and structure the problem to develop hypotheses around possible solutions; understand the company's key strategic/operational issues (market definition, industry trends, client issues). Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses. Develop and utilize industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations. Develop business case elements to highlight the financial implication of recommendations. Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments. Build financial models to back up a business case. Help develop innovative, fact-based, and achievable strategies and operating models after evaluation of multiple strategic options. IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree completed; MBA is highly desirable. Banking or Financial Services experience. Consultancy background is highly desirable. 7+ years of experience. High proficiency in English. Availability to travel may be required.
