STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultants (SIPACs) create and deliver solutions for our project teams and clients. SIPACs leverage their analytic, synthesis and communication skills to derive insights and solve business problems. In particular, SIPACs support management of the project plan and collaborate with their project team to apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives and employ standard analytic techniques to help guide client decisions.
Responsibilities: Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problemsAssist in structuring and conducting market research and/or desk research to derive insights and contribute to client decision makingDesign custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary softwareSynthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentationsAssist in developing client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projectsActively support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client – risk and issue mitigationAssist in driving the project forward to ensure project goals and deadlines are metAdvance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilitiesGuide and mentor Associates on teamsQualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business administration, economics, engineering, physical or life sciences.
