Job Summary:
The Strategy Execution Support is responsible for supporting the delivery of consistent Markets strategy execution activities to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Markets organization, ensuring our people across the Area are empowered to relentlessly focus on winning in the market and deliver exceptional client service.
The position will report to the Strategy Execution Lead and will be aligned to one or a portfolio of functions, such as EY Private and Alliances. Day to day involves working closely with their respective leaders across the Markets organization. The role will also collaborate closely with Markets Enablement (ME) and Markets Business Services (MBS) to execute the function(s) strategy.
The Strategy Execution Support is responsible for supporting the function organization towards its ambition and executing on its priorities. Responsibilities include aiding the implementation of the function strategy and internal communications, messaging and content development . The role will also collaborate closely with the MBS Operations & Reporting team on planning, resourcing strategies, cost management and process improvement as it relates to strategy execution activities.
Essential functions: What are the main accountabilities of this position
Some or all of the below will be applicable depending on the scope and function alignment of the role:
Strategy o Support and deliver function(s) strategy driven by the function(s) Leader and leadership network
o Promote and align the various Markets strategies.
o Connect with function(s) stakeholders (e.g. Areas, Regions, Market Segments, Accounts, Solutions, Alliances,
SL and competencies) to aid in the advancement of the strategic agenda.
o Collaborate with function(s) leadership and ME and provide support to co-develop strategic planning and
leadership insights on Client Experience CoE, Pursuits & Commercial Excellence and activities,
o Collaborate and partner with ME and MBS counterparts to develop internal/external awareness and activation
campaigns, e.g. support the execution of global/area/regional strategic events, flagship sector events, solution activation campaigns and noteworthy media releases
Execution o Provide analysis and strategic support to the function(s) leadership team regarding:
Markets Management Information provided by MBS Operations & Reporting, e.g. sales and pipeline, sector, channels, services lines, market and account segments, regional analysis
Strategic analysis of overall business performance, identifying areas for improvement as well as the root cause of non-performing parts of the business
Effective use of Markets' budget based on strategic insight and business decisions o Contribute to an environment of sharing and leveraging best practice protocols both at a Global, Area, and
Region level to enable greater agility across the Markets function and thus adding value for the broader organization
o Collaborate and support ME on Client Experience CoE, Pursuits & Commercial Excellence and activities,
including analysis of impact metrics, and communicating outcomes to leadership stakeholders
o Support the development of internal/external awareness and activation campaigns in conjunction with ME and
BMC, e.g. execute global/area/regional strategic events, flagship sector events, solution activation campaigns and noteworthy media releases
o Carry out proof-of-concept solutions developed by function(s) leadership and solution leaders.
o Support function leader in the execution of the agenda and content for all key set piece meetings, e.g. Industry
Market Board, GAC, Area Accounts leadership, Markets acceleration visits, milestone events etc.
o Collaborate with MBS Operations & Reporting team with focus on continuous operational improvement and
innovation to realize efficiencies

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent qualification required Experience:
2 - 5 years current experience with EY or another global Professional Services firm Certification Requirements:
