Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in consumer and market insights.Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.Preferred qualifications:Experience in strategy consulting, research or business development teams or companies.Experience in data analysis, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and uncovering insights from complex datasets.Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Ability to be a strategic thinker and independent who is collaborative and fosters innovation.Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives, business pitches, and c-level presentations.Excellent business acumen skill, with an interest in thinking critically about growth drivers and opportunities.

As a strategy and insights lead for the Spanish-speaking LATAM region, you will serve as a trusted leader for the finance or retail industry, working closely with sales leaders to develop Google's point of view for the region. You will shape customer and industry conversations and empower business pitches at scale through strategic storytelling, highlighting key shifts in the industry, consumer behavior, and engaged dynamics that drive business growth. You will also partner to uncover and develop priority industry and client opportunities through customized pitches and insights solutions in order to share novel and actionable ideas that optimally position Google's product offerings and drive business strategies.

ResponsibilitiesLeverage AI tech to uncover first-party or third-party consumer, industry, and market actionable insights.Develop leadership strategy. Partner with the Account team to share narratives that challenge thinking and help better deliver on clients' strategic goals.Create actionable and forward-thinking data-driven stories, narratives, and sales pitches to support clients' business. Deliver strong point of view presentations in c-level meetings, executive summits, and industry-wide events.Identify business opportunities and support the development of go-to-market, business pitches, collateral. Empower sales conversations to align and position Google's products and offerings with clients' or partners' objectives and opportunities.Develop scalable insights solutions such as dashboards, insights AI agents, and automation.
