About the roleKey responsibilitiesBe the vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication with Supply Chain, RD&A, Regulatory, Commercial Finance, and Customer Service.Lead the charge in preparing, circulating, and continuously improving presentations and reports that highlight key metrics on Salesforce, Monthly Sales Updates, and Call Report Performance.Work closely with the Key Account Manager/Director to ensure sample, documentation, and quote requests are efficiently channelled and swiftly addressed.Represent the sales team in Stage Gate, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting meetings, providing key project updates and strategic input to business leaders.Ensure the accuracy of Salesforce by maintaining up-to-date contacts, project updates, and close dates, facilitating smooth sales operations.Prepare insightful market analyses using cutting-edge data tools and create compelling sales presentations with actionable recommendations.Collaborate with the commercial team and customers to deliver unparalleled service and exceed expectations.Oversee customer agreements and contracts with meticulous attention to compliance and detail.Lead the way in sharing Salesforce and EPM best practices across accounts and customers, driving overall team success.Qualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years' experience within Sales, R&D or a related field.Technologically savvy, comfortable operating with multiple online tools, databases and portals to collate information.Solid understanding of the metrics tracking and opportunity management practices with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement and coordination work.Good understanding of food and beverage industry will be an advantage.Comfortable managing both internal and external relationships that includes Commercial/Sales team, General Management, Customers, and other stakeholders.
