• Within Global Real Estate region North America you are responsible for preparation, negotiation and execution of
tenders incl. negotiating
and concluding contracts for New Construction- and Facility Management- Services, as well as Engineering- and
Architectural contracts
• You will be responsible for contract management, including contract and performance disputes (construction
contracting)
• You are responsible for reviewing and negotiating contract supplements
• You will develop and implement purchasing strategies in conjunction with strategic procurement methods to create
the
highest possible competition and secure results
• In addition, you are responsible for achieving maximal supplier performance by classifying Suppliers and their
strategic development
• You ensure the timely procurement of the required services
• You will work cross-functionally within the Global Real Estate (GR) service area for the North American region and
beyond
• Education: Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, business management
profession in construction or equivalent
• Experience and Know-How:
• sound knowledge of international construction industry and contract law
• experience in strategic purchasing, and negotiation within construction market OR project management experience
within construction industry
• High level of ability for independent work, self-management, agility, flexibility and keen on motivating others
• Languages: Fluently spoken and written English as well as Spanish
• Open to travelling as required by projects, primarily in North America.

RB Guidelines and regulations
PUR Guidelines and regulations
Training in GR/PUR in Germany
Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, business management profession in
construction or equivalent. Strong experience in Real State / Construction related Purchasing.
