Staff Back-End Software Engineer (.Net)

As a Staff Engineer, you'll be a technical leader, architecting complex features, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create high-quality architecture and scalable solutions.

Work in clinical research industry on the internal product used to accelerate clinical trials conducted by our clients across the world.

Provide technical expertise to a team of several engineers to develop new and maintain existing features. Focus on application architecture to ensure we produce high-quality software. Create and develop backend applications in Microservices architecture. Cooperate with Quality Engineers to ensure a reasonable level of automated end-to-end tests coverage. Cooperate with software architects to ensure the alignment of proposed solutions on a system-level. Push towards software quality by covering written code with unit and integration tests where applicable. Promote a culture of using reusable code, quality standards, and libraries for future use, promoting efficiency and consistency. Utilize the latest tech stack within the .NET ecosystem, running natively on Azure. Take care of application security, from design to implementation. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate product vision into reality. This includes planning, implementing, and launching core features that elevate our user experience.
