Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in ERP integration, implementation and consulting Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams Strong understanding of Oracle technologies (e.g., EBS, Cloud ERP) Deep knowledge of financial or SCM business processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Oracle certifications (OCP or OCE) Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP) Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
