Responsibilities: Understand and document customer requirements.Estimate the necessary effort for the resolution of each task, committing to obtain the expected result within the agreed effort.Develop autonomously the tasks using the best practices defined by the area of quality.Plan and manage your time effectively to prioritize urgent tasks and fulfill commitments to the client.Deliver proven and functional code pieces.Encourage the adoption of good practices, coach less experienced developers, and conduct code reviews.Utilize tools provided by agile methodologies and engage in continuous learning.Maintain fluid communication with the team, the team lead, and the customer.Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills.5+ years of experience in software engineering with Ruby on Rails (React is a plus).Consideration for Senior Developers: We can consider senior developers with 2 years of experience in Ruby.
Nice to Have: Availability to travel abroad.
