Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently design, develop and execute test cases.Develop both manual and automated tests.Implement best practices to achieve high-quality standards.Participate in code reviews, design reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality software development.Triage of reported issues that come from CXP and go to Engineering.Work confidently and carefully across all operating domains for our product.Assist Engineering reproduce items from CXP.Subject Matter Expert (SME)/coordination for feature questions from CXP.Required Experience and Skills5+ years software testing experience.Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Karate, Sikuli.Knowledge of different test techniques and best practices.Comfortable testing Web API applications.Problem Solving and Triage experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiar testing UWP/Windows Store/Windows/WPF applications.Comfortable setting up Windows Hardware.Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum) preferred.Desirable SkillsFamiliarity with Point of Sale (POS) Systems.Familiarity with Restaurant POS and Related Software.Familiarity with Payment Processing.Experience working in the Azure Cloud & AWS.Basic MongoDB.What We Expect from Our CandidatesProactive mindset - enjoys and exhibits a high-degree of ownership.Inventive, creative and resourceful.Experience working in a product company or product type software development experience.Experience bringing high-quality software to production.Comfortable working in a small company, start-up, fast moving, ambitious environment.Comfortable working in an environment with ambitious expectations.Flexible mindset and able to deal with ambiguity.Excellent communication - in person, on the phone, and in writing.Intellectually curious, forward thinking, willing to suggest & try new technologies and creative approaches to problems.
