We are seeking for a Sr Project Manager Consultant to join our Global Business Services team.
You will:Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan including work packages, milestones, and quality gates to supervise and track progress.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliverables ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.Coordinate workstream interfaces, conception and coordination of engagements incl. team coaching/ assessment.Parallel management of multiple projects including controlling.Expert supervision of assigned project staff/ team members.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the detailed execution of projects.Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to all company methods, regulations, and guidelines.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and raise issues/risks to management as needed.Accomplish high customer satisfaction.Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Identify additional business opportunities out of the ongoing projects and support project attainment based on customer requirements and needs.Establish and maintain relationships with the client, third parties/vendors and all partners.Expand the consulting unit's key activities and further develop internal processes (incl. project coaching, controlling, people development etc.)Coach new employees and support (junior) subject matter experts and/or (junior) consultants.Education, Experience, & Capabilities:BS/BA in related discipline required. Advanced degree a plus. Will consider other education with equivalent experience.PMP/Scrum Certification required.5+ years working in the field of Project Management or Consulting with experience implementing or supporting Finance or Controlling preferred.Fluent level of German.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while managing stakeholder expectations and communications.Ability to work European time zones.
