Aprende Institute is seeking a dynamic Senior Process and Project Manager to drive our mission of providing innovative educational solutions and products/services that satisfy our target audience's needs and lead them to achieve their desired outcomes. This role will focus on achieving operational excellence across all verticals, including Beauty, Wellness, Trades, Gastronomy, Hospitality, and Entrepreneurship, by working closely with Product Owners.

The Senior Process and Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional initiatives and enhancing processes and accountability within the Content Development team.
They will also be responsible for optimizing our process for identifying new opportunities and iterating/improving our product design processes end-to-end. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, data-driven problem-solving, and leading cross-functional teams, with a deep understanding of the education landscape and student needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence: Implement, monitor, and optimize processes and systems supporting DI and AV teams, including process execution, data analysis, and tool management. Analyze key processes, design efficient and scalable workflows aligned with product goals, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement.
2. Team Coordination and Resource Allocation: Oversee the execution of the full roadmap to ensure on-time and complete delivery by Product Development Owners (PDOs). Utilize data to recommend optimal allocation of projects across different functions/cells based on production capacity and skills. Develop comprehensive team roadmap timelines, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
3. Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate special cross-functional initiatives, assessing risks,
costs, and required resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, managing dependencies, fostering collaboration, and proactively resolving issues.
4. Business and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights and develop business cases that inform decision-making and prioritize Content Development Roadmaps. Offer data-driven insights on team productivity and performance, leveraging metrics to inform strategic initiatives and optimize workflows. Develop best-in-class reporting across all initiatives for the leadership team.
5. Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning processes for the Content Development team, developing screening methodologies and frameworks to ensure Product-Market Fit (PMF).
Guide annual roadmap creation with prioritized initiatives that address business needs through academic product development to drive penetration, LTV improvement, margin enhancement, and NSM/retention.
6. Market Analysis and Collaboration: Understand the market landscape and provide analytic and strategic support in evaluating opportunities based on market needs and business impact. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, contributing suggestions to enhance product-market fit and student retention.
7. Collaboration and Execution: Collaborate closely with content design and production, marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of solutions that enhance the student user experience and improve learning outcomes.

Required Competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2.
Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, data dashboards, and similar tools, with a focus on optimizing project flows.
3. Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital product development or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
4. Strong understanding of product management, analytics, and proficiency in project management methodologies.
5. Experience organizing Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and facilitating cross-departmental communication and cooperation.
6. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple projects.
7. Proactive problem-solving abilities,
with a track record of identifying and addressing issues and root causes.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
