Sr. Marine Claims Handler

For this position, we are looking for a lawyer with previous experience of at least 8 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers (not mandatory), to work at our Buenos Aires office. Responsabilities: Develop sales strategies, tactics and key growth action plans and successfully execute them to achieve sales targets. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in marine TPA. Meet sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region and project sales volume and forecast revenue for existing and new products/services. Manage and implement sales forecasting, planning, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency of processes for the sales and marketing organization. Work with a diverse global team, sharing knowledge and experiences. Identify and settle of KPI's Nurture an environment of high performance, empowerment, accountability, and alignment, managing and guiding a team towards achieving the organization's goals. Understand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture. Requirements: Previous experience in similar positions At least 8 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers (not mandatory) Fluent English (oral and written).
