When you join our team, you'll experience Flex That Works: flexible (hybrid) work arrangements that empower you to have purposeful time in the office and partner with your leader to make flexibility work for both you and the business.Main responsibilities:ŸLead the development and execution of the IT Commercial Excellence Strategy in support of EM Segment ŸAccountable for Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management , Retail Execution and Shopper Engagement Products' s delivery and as well as for the support and availability on existing applications in these domainsŸDevelop SBP and Technology investment plans for EM Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plansŸBusiness Enablement: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCOŸActs as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow.
Delivers right mix of operations, delivery, strategy and innovation.Build Talent – Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet K-C's growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.Key Qualifications and Experiences:15+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in Revenue Growth Management , Retail Execution and Shopper Engagement fields, operating within an innovative and highly agile customer environmentSolid experience working in CPG industryExceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organizationHands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmapsDemonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration.Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environmentAt least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies.
