Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end and back-end development background, with extensive experience in React, Next.js, and Node.js. As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Mindtech, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Code Review: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of applications.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing features. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development.Technical Skills:Proficiency in React.js and Next.js.Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.Experience with TypeScript.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
