We are looking for a Senior React to join our team!
Our client is an American leader in the consumer financial services industry. One of the largest initiatives in 2023 for our client is the digital transformation and integration of multiple Digital and Operations platforms. Traditionally, these applications have run in separate channels, but they have identified multiple workstreams that they want to move into the Digital Channel / integrate with existing products.
All these products will be developed in React and will be built in microservice front ends for rapid feature deployment/ less dependency on each other. Examples of the workstreams/ products could include Pay my Bill, Digital Alerts, Collections, Manage My Account, Fix My Problem/ Disputes.
Requirements:Globallogic is seeking a React Engineer with intimate familiarity with the web platform to join our team. Our Front End Engineers are engaged in the full spectrum of product development, working with a team to write great software and build engaging products. Do you have the technical and relational skills to build business-critical applications with a high-performing, cross-functional team?
You are a human first, a developer second. You are willing and able to partake in and lead communication with project stakeholders. You should be able to explain technical constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working on large development projectsExperience using React, TypeScript and Unit Testing (MUST)Advance English levelGet equally excited about great UI and API designCan articulate the difference between progressive enhancement and graceful degradationCould have a conversation about the importance of animation in an interfaceWork well with othersLove the journey as much as the destinationStay current with evolving front end tools like Webpack and BabelJob Responsibilities:Work along with the client and our US-based Method team developing React applications that are part of the Digital-First program.
