The Sr. Client Partner is responsible for training, promoting, presenting and driving product sales through live consumer engagement. The ideal candidate is charismatic, ambitious, and internally driven with an attention to detail. Must be an outstanding public speaker and a natural "storyteller". Markets to be developed: Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
Main Responsibilities:Quarterly and annual planning based on the markets opportunities.Weekly sales reporting and analysis: Opportunities/Red Flags/Status.Reports and analysis for upper management related to delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage, efficiency, and opportunities in each country.Work directly with the operation team and all other areas within the company (Finance, sales ops, etc).Positively represent the company within the market and search for customer satisfaction, both from agencies and direct clients.Skills and Experience Required:Energetic, goal-oriented, and outgoingStrong communication skillsStrong understanding of the digital online advertising industry, including knowledge of the underlying technology, major companies, and research.Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital/social/creative environment.Ability to leverage data and analytics to influence social marketing activity and strategyStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development as well as excellent written and communication skillsAptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams and across business unitsComfortable operating in a highly dynamic environmentClose relationships with decision makers in the local market.Advertising industry knowledge.Experience: 2+ years in some of the following roles or similar ones:Strategic or management consulting in top firms.Sales Operations in technology companies, agencies, software companies.Education:BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration.Fluent in EnglishPortuguese (desirable)#Aleph
