About the Team: The Portfolio team is a cross-functional strategic arm of the business that serves to define, implement and manage CookUnity's best in class product offering and product strategy. Our mission is to provide our Eaters with a culinary destination for exploration and discovery, improving menu liquidity and retention in all markets.
The role: This role involves managing and enhancing the digital merchandising process for our food marketplace. Key responsibilities includes managing the Menu Database, overseeing price adjustments, and coordinating required assets for menu uploads. The role also entails managing the merchandising calendar, launching new product lines and limited-time offers in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams, and organizing marketing briefs. Additionally, the role involves outlining and executing a new taxonomy structure, building a merchandising analytics framework, managing merchandising touch points, enhancing automated systems, and developing a QA process for new feature launches. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities: Oversee the Menu Database to ensure all tags are accurately applied and up-to-date. Manage price adjustments for all menu items. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all required assets (photos, meal descriptions, meal steps, chef bios, nutrition, and digital weekly collections) are available for menu uploads. Manage the merchandising calendar and execution across digital platforms. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to launch new product lines and limited-time offers on the website. Coordinate merchandising needs across teams, including photos and descriptions. Organize and updating inventory of new meal and chef briefs into marketing briefs. Outline a new taxonomy structure and overseeing its execution with product teams. Build a merchandising analytics framework to guide decision-making for plan adjustments. Manage all merchandising touch points throughout the digital experience, tracking success, and making necessary decisions. Enhance automated merchandising systems. Build a QA process for new feature launches and managing adjustments needed between product and creative teams. Minimum Requirements: Detail-oriented, ensure all menu information is uploaded correctly Excellent project management skills and specifically, the ability to influence through insight and data. Self-starter, execution-oriented, resourceful, and ready to take on any challenge Sense of teamwork and collaboration. Works well in group settings to move projects forward, provide constructive feedback when needed, and support the overall team workload Proven experience aligning cross-functional team members to complete projects within time constraints Preferred requirements: Bonus if candidate has worked in subscription businesses Proven ability to analyze data and come with confirmed decisions on performance Strong communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, as well as a collaborative mindset and approach to work Advanced English Level Preferred Experience and passion for food industry Benefits Get paid in USD, Crypto, Euro, ARS.
