Splunk Monitoring Engineer - Itsi - Federal Government!

12 Month Contract + Extensions Open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC A Federal Government Department is seeking multiple Senior Software Engineers with expertise in Splunk ITSI to join their Enterprise Monitoring team.
In this role, you'll work across both project and BAU functions to enhance the department's monitoring capabilities for business-critical systems.
This is a 12-month contract with options for two additional 12-month extensions.
The successful Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for: Developing, configuring, and improving Splunk ITSI solutions for log aggregation, service management integration, and dashboarding.
Onboarding new services into Splunk ITSI , including service decomposition and documentation.
Collaborating with service partners and technical teams to support monitoring and service continuity.
Providing technical support for ITSI configurations, dashboard maintenance, and user documentation.
Key Requirements : Project experience with Splunk ITSI for onboarding services, documentation, and dashboard maintenance.
Strong BAU experience with user configuration and continuous improvement of Splunk ITSI.
Ability to thrive in a geographically dispersed environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
