The GPA Solutions & Innovation Team is responsible for production and delivery of HR Reports (Digital and non-Digital), analysis and insights for HR leadership for each HR portfolio. The general scope of the work includes analysis of key HR performance metrics and design/implementation of insights by reports/dashboard. This is the operational engine of the GPA team, working in close partnership with the Advisory teams and Product Owners and serving as the main liaison to CIO Technology and Applied Intelligence. The team is accountable for delivering its own Service Management metrics, operational innovation, and credentialing our People Analytics offerings.
The role will…
Gather, analyze, and model HR metrics and key indicators, using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to deliver quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision making. Continually seek to expand knowledge and share it with the team. Produce standard and ad hoc reports/analysis following internal processes to deliver reports on time and accurately. Partner with others on the team to create innovative solutions to address challenges. Provide excellent stakeholder management and customer service to understand priorities and needs and deliver solutions that address those needs. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, typically creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Understand Accenture data privacy and HR data governance. Understand the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment. Understand HR Metrics, acquiring know-how of the digital reporting products and analytic offerings relevant to the assigned customer segment and drive awareness, education/training, and adoption of the products. Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry, and analytical skills. Minimum Requirements:
Experience working in complex teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience providing effective customer service in the area of reporting and analytics. Experience designing and delivering report- and analytic-based solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to work under tight deadlines, high pressure, and with multiple competing priorities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Agility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, advanced reporting systems, excellent prioritization/time management skills. Ability to work cross-culturally. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Visualization skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Passion to learn.
