About the Role We're looking for a talented and passionate highly technical Solutions Engineer to improve and evolve our current product, which is gathering data from 100M+ devices and growing rapidly. What You'll Do Represent Embrace as both an expert communicator and technologist, and help deliver an amazing customer experience Communicate directly with customers, product and engineering teams, and work together towards a solution to the task at hand Work in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity, owning the technical integration process for both prospects and customers Quickly root-cause, identify technical issues, and provide clear instructions to reproduce the problems or drive new product specifications Directly impact product direction by suggesting improvements for customers day to day Ensure that our process for surfacing bugs to Engineering is fast, efficient, and effective Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation Our Ideal Candidate will have: 3+ years experience in a Mobile Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company Experience with mobile development and eagerness to learn and improve your skills. Familiarity with iOS, Android and their development tools Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line Comfortable discussing code; ability to read and write code is a plus (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS preferred) A curiosity for how things work and the ability to apply your experience of using tools and resources to come to a resolution Excellent communication skills and comfortability writing and speaking with people to help them solve their issues High competency and low ego, you have a passion for helping people both inside and outside of your company Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline preferred Gathering is integral to our culture for collaboration and connection. On target earnings (OTE) for this role are $130,000-$160,000. There is, in addition, equity offered in the form of options, health / vision / dental benefits, free PTO, and the opportunity to learn and excel in a growth stage tech organization.
