YOUR MISSION AT VOI As an Operations Manager, you will be accountable for a specific region's commercial and operational performance. You will have overall responsibility for all commercial activities for a set of cities within your country. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Country Manager to set the strategy for success and associated targets across your citiesWorking closely with Public Policy and Partnerships teams on business development initiatives to ensure compliance with city regulations and increase Voi's footprint across your market, and ensure long-lasting relationships and increase Voi footprintWorking closely with central growth teams on pricing and product strategy, ensuring we optimise for growth and profitability whilst meeting our policy and city stakeholder goals as well as being responsible for city-level P&Ls within your regionWhere they exist, working closely with competitors operating in the cities we operate to strengthen footprint and complianceLeveraging data and analytics to optimise performance across key metrics around scooter utilisation, fleet management, and overall operational efficiencyProactively spotting opportunities for improvement and optimisation and leading projects to drive the necessary changeParticipating in pre-tender and tender work to ensure we are best positioned to winWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO EMBARK 3-5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a hyper-growth start-up environmentProficiency in tools such as G-Suite and MS Office. You are very comfortable working with and analysing large data setsExperience in leading large cross-functional teams as part of complex internal or external project managementExperience working with and effectively influencing external stakeholders, such as partners, government and mediaExperience working closely with a P&L, budgets, and business casesBachelor or Master of Science in business, economics, engineering or similar would be idealFluency in English and French is a mustWHY VOI?
