What you will do in this role… Lead and coach agile teams across multiple LATAM countries as part of a regional distributed model Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on solution architecture and design Coordinate and align 5+ agile teams on large, complex initiatives using scaled frameworks like SAFe Manage end-to-end regional solution delivery encompassing requirements, design, development, testing Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives Engage closely with diverse business and technology partners and stakeholders To help you succeed, you need to have… Expert knowledge in implementing agile frameworks like SAFe at an enterprise level Hands-on expertise in technical architecture, design, and system engineering Proven experience delivering solutions in a regional distributed team environment Strong program management abilities including budgeting, resourcing, and communications Skills in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders Motivation to continuously improve solution delivery using modern engineering best practices Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Motivation to learn and apply new technology concepts and the "art of possible". Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with multiple business and tech partners. Fluency in oral and written Spanish language. Advanced written and minimum of B1 or B2 level in oral English language.
