About the role This role is responsible for developing and implementing website solutions using both headed and headless technologies, ensuring high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with architects and developers to build robust website architectures, write clean and efficient code, and participate in code reviews. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, stay current with emerging technologies, and work closely with Digital Producers and Marketing teams to implement new capabilities, while communicating technical topics effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Main responsibilities: Develop and implement website solutions using both headed and headless technologies. Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable and robust website architectures. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Work closely with the Digital Producers and/or Marketing organization on the implementation of new capabilities. Communicate and present to diverse stakeholders on technical topics and implementations. Key Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in web development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with Agile and scrum methodologies. Experience with cloud ecosystems, including Azure, Sitecore Cloud, or AWS. Familiarity with Docker/Containers and search technologies like Coveo, SOLR, or Lucene. Experience developing against the Helix design principles.
