Driven by You. About the role This role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable and innovative website solutions using Sitecore CMS and headless technologies.
You will provide technical leadership, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures, and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Additionally, the position requires ensuring adherence to architectural standards, evaluating new technologies, and creating comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing development and optimization efforts. Main responsibilities :
- Design and architect scalable website solutions using Sitecore CMS and headless technologies.
- Design and build novel solutions to the teams most challenging problems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance website performance and functionality.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications. Key Qualifications and Experiences :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in web development and architecture.
- Expertise in Sitecore CMS and headless CMS solutions.
- Excellent understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools..
- Expertise in MACH architectural approaches
