Description Job Objective Manage cross-functional Entertainment or ADAS project with a focus on embedded software;Manage SW development activities during all project phases & all SW development areas;Lead to produce cross-domain/functional technical solutions;Lead all stakeholders & SW teams to formulate SW development & delivery plan;Facilitate communication across domains/departments/teams to resolve conflicts;Track & monitor SW activities to ensure successful delivery;Manage dependencies and unblock issues between teams and domains;Own measurement of success of projects.Qualifications Education: Bachelor in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, and 5+ years of experience in SW project management in the automotive industry;Experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle project executions. Strong capability of driving on-time delivery of complex programs, including planning, regular management, identifying dependencies/potential risks, and solving conflicts;Experienced in establishing strong partnerships across teams/departments;Strong self-driven work ethic and experience in providing project directions based on project materials analysis;Experience in motivating project teams to ensure delivery;Working experience in breaking down large & complex projects into multiple working streams with clear definitions of inter-dependencies, priorities, milestones, and resource allocation.
