Software Developer

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our software applications built on the .NET framework, with a particular focus on integrating and optimizing our AIMS360 system. Your role will involve working closely with our IT team and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET technologies (C#)
2. Work on the customization, integration, and optimization of AIMS360 software within our IT ecosystem
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs,
and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
5. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
6. Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
7. Provide technical support for the AIMS360 system and related applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in .NET and C#
3. Direct experience working on AIMS360 software or similar ERP systems, including customization and integration
4. Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1.
Experience with SQL Server and database design
2. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET)
3. Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies
