Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
- Work closely with the development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the project direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases to ensure robust and scalable data management.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Proficiency in Python and Django.
- Experience with GitHub for version control.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AWS services, particularly AWS ElastiCache and AWS RDS.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Proven experience developing applications with strong backend integrations with third-party APIs.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for full stack development.
- Knowledge of AI/ML implementation including deployment in real-world applications.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing APIs.
