A leading Latin-owned coffee company in Latin America is seeking a talented, dynamic, and passionate Social Media Manager & Content Creator to craft content that reflects its values and builds a strong connection with its brand.

As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence, developing engaging content, and increasing brand engagement across all digital channels.
Main Responsibilities Manage and grow the presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
Plan, create, and publish captivating content (photos, videos, stories) across all social media platforms, ensuring relevance and alignment with trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
Write compelling copy for posts, newsletters, blogs, and paid ads.
Monitor and interact with the social media community to foster a high level of engagement.
Research, launch, and manage influencer collaborations that represent their brand.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on results.
Plan and organize content sessions, supporting new product launches with impactful visuals.
Manage all digital content through a centralized platform to ensure consistency and easy access.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and integrate them into their strategy.

Requirements: 2-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation within the coffee industry.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc.).
Comfortable on camera, with experience creating content such as IG Stories, Reels, and TikToks.
Experience managing social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
Advanced English level , as you'll be interacting with clients and stakeholders in the U.S. Fluent Spanish , as much of our communication is conducted in Spanish.
Willingness to occasionally travel to our offices in Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Maryland.
Excellent writing skills for both organic posts and paid advertising.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proactivity, creativity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and management.
A passion for or knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
Work Modality: Contractor - Salary in USD Full-time Remoto with occasional travel to Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Maryland
