Social Media Coordinator The Social Media Coordinator will manage the trafficking and logistics of tactical elements across four distinct social media handles within our global business unit. This role involves interfacing with marketing SMEs for copy approvals primarily based in the US and Europe, coordinating with the graphics team in Argentina for post creation, and prioritizing tasks to ensure comprehensive representation of campaigns and solution areas. The Coordinator will also be responsible for collecting and developing metrics for all social media posts, analyzing data, and sharing insights with the team.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management: Oversee the scheduling, trafficking, and execution of social media posts across four distinct handles, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and business goals.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with marketing SMEs to obtain necessary approvals for copy and with the graphics team to create engaging post visuals.Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure that all campaigns and solution areas are effectively represented.Representation: Ensure that all campaigns and solution areas are well represented across social media handles. Monitor and adjust content to maintain consistency and brand alignment.Data Collection & Analysis: Develop and track metrics for all social media posts. Analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.Metrics and Analysis: Collect and develop metrics for all social media posts. Share findings with the team to inform future strategies.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.Proficient in the English Language.3 years+ proven experience in social media management and operations, preferably within a global business environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data analysis.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with social media management platforms and content creation tools (such as Khoros).Familiarity with global B2B marketing strategies and practices.
