Syneos Health is seeking a Search and Social Media Planner. The role within the integrated media team will be responsible for trafficking, QC, and planning within the social and search engine platforms as described in the Key Responsibilities. This position plays an important role in activating our media buys within each channel through flawless execution. Passion for great performance is a must – the ideal candidate will proactively assist the team on a variety of tasks for existing campaigns while helping to craft new setup initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the search/social media paid advertising planning, buying, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads including QAs and campaign optimizations.Conduct regular check-ins with the Social Media Director and Search Supervisor to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.Partner with other media planning, media buying, and analytics departments to provide sound, research-based campaign strategies, plans, and implementation approaches that drive tangible client business impact.Leverage a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and derive insights and strategic recommendations to improve KPIs and campaign results.Listen and stay engaged with relevant social discussions about our clients, competitors, and/or industry.Nurture key relationships with platform reps to increase opportunities and remain up to date on pharmaceutical and healthcare branded and unbranded content regulations and restrictions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years' experience in development, planning, activation, management, optimization, and measurement of paid search and/or social media advertising campaigns based on client goals and KPIs.Strong in-platform experience across major social and search platforms including (but not limited to): Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.Proven track record of successfully managing complex media activations with quick turnaround times.Experience with successfully executing campaigns in all three stages of the sales funnel: awareness, consideration, and conversion/lead generation.Works well independently and collaborating with other teams.Certifications in Search and Social platforms preferred.Experience in pharma or healthcare is required.At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
