Representing the Mercedes-Benz brand, you are the central contact person for all incoming visitors and gives a first impression. You will coordinate and assign the visitors/customers to the respective service counters based on their needs. Together with the retail and aftersales team, you contribute to a superior customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity Welcome visitors/customers at the showroomAssess the visitors'/customers' concerns and accurately assign them to the respective service countersActive steering of the current workload of potential sales executives by keeping a permanent overviewCreate transparency in the optional planning and assurance of a smooth workflowReprioritize the deployment of the sales executives in bottleneck situationsManage showroom operations and transmit a positive first impression of the brand and companyFunctioning as a link between the departments and be a competent contact person for all colleagues in the field of customer careProcess customer complaints, comments and feedback while working to resolve any issuesEquip/Train the ground staff with the brand heritage/DNA, product knowledge and the appropriate sales presentation methodologyJob Requirements You should possess tertiary qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of communications, customer service or salesOutgoing personality who enjoys meeting and talking to peopleConfident and possess good social and communication skillsAbility to anticipate potential challenges and possess the ability to provide solutions to solve variety of problemsPossess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issuesHighly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the airline, retail sales or service industry will be an added advantage.About the Company A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
