Your Role:
In this role, you will help the merchant achieve their goal by creating a unique experience and product based on an e-commerce solution platform.
Responsibilities:
Educate merchants on proper e-commerce store setup.Help merchants identify their goals and make the right decisions for their businesses to succeed.Provides technical support for merchants.Work with internal and 3rd party designers and development teams.Progressing the site status so stores launch as efficiently as possible.Create new ways of positioning Shopify as a solution for accelerated growth.Identify each client's unique needs and cultivate effective sales strategies.Be organized - effectively manage an account set, know your numbers and maintain a reliable pipeline.Work cross-functionally with other teams.Qualifications:
At least 2-3+ years of proven experience in SaaS account management and/or e-commerce.Communicating effectively with technical and functional stakeholders comes naturally to you.A good project management mindset. This is not a true project management role, but it shares some skills, especially managing expectations and creating agreements.Significant experience working with distributed teams.A curious mind for how things work and what makes them tick, an affinity for helping and teaching merchants, and a constant thirst for learning about the next best thingGood understanding of technical language, tools, and development processes.A growth mindset and a strong desire to continuously improve your skillset and teams.Experience with Shopify e-commerce platforms or similar.English communication is a must.Join Us:
