ATTENTION: ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH WILL BE REVIEWED Global Repair oversees product repair of turbine components, including spare parts for the global service of Vestas's and non-Vestas wind turbines in close cooperation with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Repairing spare parts brings significant benefits to the environment and business in terms of CO2 reduction, savings and improves availability of parts. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as the world's largest repair-partner across minor and major components for the wind industry. As we continue to grow, we seek a Repair Program Manager for South & North Latin America (LATAM). You will be measured in your capabilities to interact with the SBU, understand the issues and solve them to increase utilization of refurbished components. Your primary tasks will be: Developing and owning the regional repair strategy with a roadmap for how to improve the business.Run initiatives to scale and grow the business. This includes identifying new business opportunities; new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.Collaborate within the Global Repair organization and SBU to ensure seamless delivery of repair services.Prepare regular reports on business development activities, cost-saving performances, and market trends.Develop regional supply plan and scenario, both with our internal repair workshops and vendors.Develop pricing strategy for repaired parts to achieve new business while ensuring financial discipline.Deliver according to expected targets on repair utilization, savings and other main KPIs.Qualifications: Minimum a BSc in business administration, Engineering, or a related field with minimum 6 years' experience from a technical trade, e.g. in production, supply chain, service, or logistics.Proven experience in strategy/business development, engineering, or a related role within the wind (repair) industry.Great understanding of repair processes and techniques within the industry.Proficient or Native speaker in Spanish. Good command of English.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication skills in English; solid ability to communicate at all organizational levels; ability to lead clear presentations to audiences with various levels of technical understanding.Ability to interpret data and repair market trends.Self-motivated and result oriented.What We Offer We offer an exciting job with excellent professional and personal development opportunities in an inspiring environment with the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
