We are looking for a Service Technician to join the team.
This position is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and providing high-quality support to its clients.
The main responsibilities of the role include: Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures.
Performing preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.
Recommending best practices for both maintenance and operation of the equipment.
Promoting the effective use of technical supplies, including film, clips, trays, and labels.
Executing the commissioning of new and refurbished equipment.
Generating detailed technical reports and assessments on the condition and performance of the equipment.
Training client operators in the correct and efficient use of equipment.
Conducting packaging tests and equipment process trials in the showroom.
Staying up-to-date with technical knowledge through continuous training, making the most of in-person and virtual training opportunities offered by the company.
What We Value: Experience: More than 6 years of proven experience in similar positions or maintenance.
Education: Completed technical high school; tertiary or university studies in related fields will be appreciated.
Language: Advanced English (mandatory), with strong oral and written communication skills.
Availability: Willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally, as needed.
Position Details: Location: Greater Buenos Aires.
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ? Employment: Permanent and direct hire by the company.
