Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics business area in Buenos Aires, Argentina.You will be mainly accountable for:• Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.• Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organizationOur team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleDegree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Technology, or related fields.Ability to demonstrate your experience in technical sales support roles, with a focus on customer interaction and product solutions.You are qualified in SAP and Salesforce (desired).You are innovative around proactivity, learning, and customer focus.You are at ease communicating in English fluently.You enjoy working with technical sales, customer orientation, and process management methodologies within the electronics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or robotics sectors.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
