Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions. The work model for the role is hybrid and this role contributes to the Robotics business area in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be mainly accountable for:Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.Preparing/supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from the general market and the Sales organization.Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicating it to the Sales organization. Qualifications for the role Degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Technology, or related fields.Ability to demonstrate your experience in technical sales support roles, with a focus on customer interaction and product solutions.You are qualified in SAP and Salesforce (desired).You are innovative around proactivity, learning, and customer focus.You are at ease communicating in English fluently.You enjoy working with technical sales, customer orientation, and process management methodologies within the electronics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or robotics sectors.
